✅ Return eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) are attached
  • The item has only been tried on for fitting purposes

🚫 Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Bikinis, swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

These items cannot be returned even if unused.

All returns and exchanges are processed through our online portal powered by Loop 🔄

To start:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and email
  3. Choose: refund, exchange, or store credit
  4. Follow the steps to generate your return label

📦 Return shipping

  • 🇺🇸 USA customers:
    Free return shipping within the United States
  • 🌍 International customers:
    Return shipping is paid by the customer using a carrier of their choice

💳 Refunds

  • Refund options:
    Original payment method
    Store credit
    Exchange for another item
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund

🔄 Exchanges

  • You can exchange your item for another size or color (subject to availability)
  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit

⚠️ Damaged or incorrect items

Received a damaged or wrong item? We’ll fix it fast 💪

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll cover shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
